Meet Nicole
Nicole Cheong is a Biomedical Engineer and yoga teacher who builds tools for proactive health management.
After a decade working in high-pressure corporate environments, she left management consulting and founded Ommeya to address the adverse health impacts of chronic stress e.g. burnout, auto-immune conditions, and mental health challenges.
Her journey into yoga and somatic health began as a personal response to a stress-induced auto-immune disease, and evolved into a mission to help others access the most powerful tool for resilience: the body and brain.
Through Ommeya, Nicole is engineering wellness into everyday life - creating sustainable, healthy human systems by bringing preventative tools to the people who need them most.
By focusing on wellness in the workplace, she aims to transform work environments from a source of stress into spaces where individuals and teams can truly thrive.
